REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Do I need a Visa?
- Delegates are responsible in obtaining relevant travel documents. The organizers will assist, but seek the cooperation of all delegates in making advance plans for travel documentation.
- Delegates are advised to check and make visa arrangements early. All delegates are advised to check on visa needs and take appropriate steps. More info on visa requirements to Thailand are available online at: http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2637.php.

- Once we have received your registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

How do I pay?
- You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or by a cheque payable in the United States of America (USA) or you can be invoiced.
What is included in the overall cost for each conference?
- The price includes morning coffee, lunch and any social events that are taking place before, during and immediately after the conference.
- The price will not include the hotel accommodation. For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations where information as well as the hotel booking forms are available.
- A copy of the invoice will be emailed (please request if you require the invoice to be posted to you) within 48 hours of registering.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
- Delegates are advised that delegate substitutions are possible at any point before the event start date at no extra charge. Cancellations that are less than 14 days from the event start date will not be applicable for a refund.
- Please do note that registrations cancelled less than fourteen days before the event must be paid in full.
Will you keep me updated of any changes to the conference?

AT THE EVENT
Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
- Please click on the Hotel and Reservation section on this website for information on the hotel address. The conference will be held at the 12-14 October 2010, Hilton Arcadia Phuket Resort & Spa, Phuket, Thailand, with preregistrations and arrivals on the 11th October 2010, from 3.00pm to 6.00pm (followed by the welcome reception); with the main conference taking place on 12-14 October 2010 from 9.00am to 5.15pm daily. Please do note that there are receptions on both the 11th and 12th October 2010 immediately after the close of the plenary sessions.
What happens when I get to the Conference?
- Arrival:
When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times. - Refreshments:
Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday (please see timing details on agenda) and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break. - Documentation:
All presentations are now made available onto a secure page within the www.trtworldrice.com website with all late submissions loaded onto the website within two weeks after the conference. Login information and passwords will be provided to you upon registration. - Dress Code:
Business attire is recommended to be worn throughout the conference.
