How do I register?

  • Once we have received your registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
  • For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations where information as well as the hotel booking forms are available.
How do I pay?
  • You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or by a cheque payable in the United States of America (USA) or you can be invoiced.
What is included in the overall cost for each conference?
  • The price includes morning coffee, lunch and any social events that may be taking place before, during and immediately after the conference.
  • The price will not include the hotel accommodation. For hotel bookings please visit Hotel and Reservations (click here) where information as well as the hotel booking forms are available.
  • A copy of the invoice will be posted to you within 48 hours of registering
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
  • A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations received in writing (letter or by facsimile).
    Please do note that registrations cancelled less than fourteen days before the event will be paid in full.
Will you keep me updated of any changes to the conference?
  • Any changes will be updated on the conference website (www.trtworldrice.com) - please check individual pages for details.

AT THE EVENT

Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
  • Please click on the Hotel and Reservation section on this website for information on the hotel address. The conference will be held at the Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu, The Republic of the Philippines, with preregistrations and arrivals on the 27th October 2009, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm; with the main conference taking place from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily on the 28th and 29th October 2009. Please do note that there are receptions on both the 27th and 28th October 2009, immediately after the close of the plenary sessions.
What happens when I get to the Conference?
  • Arrival:
    When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk and collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
  • Refreshments:
    Morning coffee is available before the conference, a lunch is served around midday (please see timing details on agenda) and there will be a mid afternoon coffee break.
  • Documentation:
    All presentations are now made available onto a secure page within the www.trtworldrice.com website with all late submissions loaded onto the website within two weeks after the conference. Login information and passwords will be provided to you upon registration.
  • Dress Code:
    Smart Casual Business attire is recommended to be worn throughout the conference.
